Welcome to the fairy folk family!
Our cut off date for vendor applications is Sept. 1st. Vendor fees are $75 for a 10X10 booth space or $40 for a 6 ft. long table space.
We have a magical location for this year’s event we are very excited about. It’s the Youth Park on Fulton Rd. in Santa Rosa. This location provides a larger, shaded outdoor venue more connected to the fairy realm, an amphi theater, large gazebo, sunny field, nature trail, children’s play area and we are sure it will serve us well for this year’s event. Because of this outdoor location there will be no electricity for vendors and vendors will need to supply all of their own tables and chairs.
We are planning even more children’s entertainment, games and activities this year. We were so pleased to see so many little ones in costume running around last year and of course all of the wonderful adult costumes as well. We have a new web site www.fairyfolkfestival.com, vendor applications and fliers can be down loaded off of our website and we posted a few of our favorite photos from last year’s event.
We have set the date for Saturday Sept. 27th from 12pm-7pm. Vendors can begin setting up at 8am on Saturday and we have until 9pm to clean up (there are a few lights outside). Vendors will receive two free adult passes per booth or table. If you need more than two people to run your booth we would appreciate it if your extra guests try to volunteer an hour or two at the festival for their free admission.
We appreciate any and all advertising you would like to do such as putting up posters in your area or passing out fliers at other events you vend at. The more people we can let know about the fairy festival the more successful we can all be.
